The working principle:

Process flow:

Cooling to finalize the design:

The suppository after continuous filling enters the cooling box, which is equipped with a water chiller externally. The cooling water is cooled by circulating and reciprocating track, and the drug cooling effect is excellent.

 

Sealing and Cutting:

The cooled solid supposant enters the sealing area: cold pressing mold → sealing mold (sealing)→ coding mold (marking batch number)→ hob (trimming above)→ counting cutting.

The equipment adopts PLC programmable control and man-machine interface operation, easy to operate, convenient to adjust, accurate temperature control, smooth operation.

Mould temperature is controlled by temperature sensor and microcomputer control system.

The liquid storage tank is made of 316L stainless steel, with appropriate volume, heat preservation and heating functions, and accurate temperature control. The storage tank is equipped with stirring device to ensure the uniformity of the liquid in the barrel at any time; The liquid storage tank is connected with the filling mechanism through pipes, and the liquid is transported in the thermal insulation cycle to ensure the fluidity of the liquid and meet the filling requirements.

Insert linear perfusion mechanism, accurate positioning, no drop, no wall hanging; Single grain measurement 0.5-5ml, filling error ± 2%.

Continuous cooling and shaping, after perfusion, the suppository shell can be fully cooled and shaping, to achieve liquid-solid transformation.

Continuous tape making, continuous sealing, self-printing of the sealing process batch number; Seal should be well-sealed, neat appearance, yield not less than 98%.
